This is an ongoing investigation and potential wage and hour class action against Orkin Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rollins Inc.
Orkin provides pest control services to both commercial and residential properties. Former Orkin pest control technicians have raised concerns that:
1. Workers have had to work unpaid overtime;
2. Workers have had to use unfit equipment or pay for new equipment.
