Investigation and potential class action lawsuit against Bank of America relating to its Add-It-Up program.
Bank of America operates a rebate program for its customers called “Add It Up”. By using a Bank of America credit card or certain types of Bank of America debit cards, a customer can earn from 2% to 20% savings on certain purchases. Several customers have written to us complaining that although each followed the specific instructions of the Add It Up program, each has not received his rebate. A review of on line complaint blogs leads us to believe that this problem is wide spread.
