Ongoing investigation and class action lawsuit suit against Damon's International Inc, dba Damon's Grill, Pris-MM, LLC dba Damon's Grill Wilmington and Alliance Development alleging violations of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act ("FACTA") by printing complete 16-digit credit and debit card numbers with accompanying expiration dates on customers' credit and debit card receipts. The printing of credit or debit card numbers and expiration dates on receipts is prohibited by FACTA because it subjects customers to a substantial risk of credit and debit card fraud.
