This is an investigation and pending class action against CBS Radio on behalf of current and former employees of CBS Radio that were radio and radio related advertising sales people, commonly known as "account executives". The ongoing investigation and class action lawsuit alleges that CBC required account executives pay out of their own pocket travel related business expenses including gas, car insurance, parking and mileage, cellular phone used for business, personal digital assistants used for business, restaurant meals, food and beverage provided to CBS' clients and gifts to potential clients.
