Investigatiion and potential class action lawsuit against Hair Club based upon complaints by clients of the Hair Club who allege that they have given Hair Club a refundable deposit, ostensibly to ensure that they will appear for an appointment with a Hair Club doctor, which was not refunded even though they canceled their appointment and made the refund request within the time allotted by Hair Club.

Investigation into additional complaints that Hair Club has demanded a full release and waiver of claims before Hair Club will refund their deposit, despite the fact that these clients never agreed to provide a release or a waiver.
