Investigation and class action lawsuit on behalf of all customers who have purchased LG front loading washing machines from LG Electronics USA, Inc. ('LG') alleging that the front loading washing machines contain serious design defects. These design defects cause accumulation of mold and mildew inside the washing machines, produce foul and noxious odors and, as a consequence, damage clothes washed in the machines by staining them and causing them to look dingy. In addition, these defects can substantially decrease the value of these high-end washing machines. If you experience the mold or mildew problems with an LG front loading washing machine, or with another brand of front loading washing machine, you might have a basis for a consumer fraud claim or a breach of warranty claim.
