This is an investigation and a pending class action complaint against the following manufacturers and distributors of packaged ice products: Reddy Ice Holdings, Artic Glacier, and Home City Ice Company.
The investigation has led to the filing of a class action lawsuit on behalf of a class of individuals and entities who, during January 1, 2002 through the present, directly purchased packaged ice products from one of the companies.
The complaint alleges that the ice manufactures and suppliers engaged in anticompetitive conduct including allocating markets and conspiring to raise, fix, and suppress the prices for packaged ice products in the United States.
