When checking out at Best Buy, customers were offered a trial subscription to Microsoft's MSN internet service. Some customers, never logged onto MSN, yet were still charged by Best Buy and Microsoft for the MSN service. This class action lawsuit seeks to recoup those unauthorized subscription fees for those Best Buy customers.
