Investigation and pending class action lawsuit against Brinker Restaurant Corp. which operates a variety of restaurants in California including Chili's Grill and Bar; Romano's Macaroni Grill; Maggiano's Little Italy; Corner Bakery Cafe; Cozymel's Mexican Grill; and On The Border.

This class action complaint alleges that Brinker required wait staff, kitchen staff, bartenders and other non exempt employees of these restaurants to work greater than 8 hour shifts without overtime or without providing a meal or rest period.
