Investigation Details
Investigation and pending class action lawsuit against Waste Mangement on behalf of California based employees garbage truck drivers and other employees. The class action complaint asserts that VMWare unlawfully miscategorized these jobs as non exempt, failed to pay its non exempt employees overtime for work in excess of 40 hours a week, failed to provide its non exempt employees with mandatory meals and lunch time breaks and failed to keep proper employment records.
