Affinity Logistics is a shipping and transportation company that focusing on delivering the last 5 miles to a customers doorstep. As such, Affinity hired workers to make deliveries , with the job description "Truck Driver" or "Delivery Man". Affinity Logistics labeled Truck Drivers and Delivery Men as independent contractors thereby refusing to to afford their employees the benefits entitle to employees under US laws.
